Lyrical Passion Poetry E-Zine

Lyrical Passion Poetry E-Zine is a great online venue for short form Japanese Poetry and is well worth a visit. The vision at LPP E-Zine is to showcase some of the best contemporary short form poetry in a venue that is easy to access and open to all.

Don't take my word for it, take a look for yourselves and perhaps lend a little support to this exciting venture by submitting a poem or two from time to time.

Thank you for the link Paul :)

I will definitely have a look...may be this weekend...I am not too confident with my poetic skills as to submit works...for some reason i feel a need to restrict my works to my blogs....may be some day, i'll overcome :)

wishes,
devika

Hi Kristin, Devika.

The editior at LPP E-Zine, Raquel is really nice and a great poet herself. I think she wants to encourage those poets who have perhaps not published many/any poets before as much as those who are well established. Poetry, not names should matter!

If you decide to submit give me a mention and perhaps tell Raquel that you are a little hesitant and I'm sure she will be sensitive.

For Devika...

when the wind blows
only then will the leaves
rise again

Timing is everything and it has to be the right time for each of us.

Best wishes
Paul

fallen leaves rising -- not a sight that i wish to see or walk through....But then yes, from afar those swirls in the wind seems interesting to watch...well thats the literal sense :)

In the metaphorical sense -- i love to see trees full of leaves -not fallen :)

as for timing -- my life and history says its never right for me -- or i'm never right for it--

This self imposed restriction is rather an outcome -- better not to say more, Paul :)

thank you for your kindness, always Paul
best wishes,
devika

And you both Paul and Devika, write such poetic conversations on this blog, don't hide your talents.
